  • When placing an order with Firefly Glow & Novelty Usually orders ship within 2 business days, but there are times when we have backorders or high order volume which can increase ship time up to 5 days. Special Order Products may take 2-3 weeks to ship it to you. You may recieve your order in more than one package, but shipping costs are all inclusive. We will send you email updates and confirmation when your order ships. Firefly Glow & Novelty ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States only.

    PLEASE NOTE: Expedited Shipping cost are extra, please contact us if you need your package faster. Sometimes we have Special Offers like Free Shipping on select items or free shipping promos, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. We always send email confirmation when your order is shipped. In the case of back ordered stock, we always notify you when this happens and will send email notification when the back order ships. We reserve the right to process and ship your items as we see fit.   • Firefly Glow & Novelty charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable TX state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • Firefly Glow & Novelty reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: Items that are not returnable:Glow Products, Glow Party Kits, LED Products, Catering Items( such as Plates, Cups, Serving Trays), Discontinued, Seasonal ( such as Christmas ,Halloween, New Years), Wearables ( Hats, Boppers etc), Toys and Novelties because of the nature of these products.

    Unopened Paper Products can be refunded within 30 days of purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. Product must be in its original packaging, unopened (with no exceptions). You must call or email within 7 days with order number and products being returned. Refund is for product price(s) ONLY, shipping cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

    Defective or Damaged products like LED Centerpieces, Light up Drinkware and Serveware such as platters can be exchanged ONLY. You must call or email us within 72 hours of recieving your order telling us what's the problem. You must have our approval and the shipping is paid by you. We will only exchange for same product.

     If product is backordered, we will send the item(s) to you when it is back in stock.
